Good Grief!

Today, the teaser trailer for the upcoming big screen adaptation based of my favorite comic strip Peanuts has been released. It will be created by Blue Sky Studios who also made the Ice Age movies, Rio and Epic as a CGI animated film with a modern 2D look. The trailer starts with Snoopy goofing off while Charlie Brown tries to say something about the movie, eventually with our favorite blockhead facepalming and Snoopy giving him a hug. I gotta say, out of all the animated films for 2015 like Ratchet and Clank, SpongeBob Squarepants 2 and Sony Pictures Animation's Popeye, I'm really excited for this. Not only will it not be updated for a modern audience, it will be written by Sparky Schulz's son Craig and grandson Bryan. It will be released November 6 next year coinciding with the 65th anniverseray of the comic strip and the 50th anniverseray of A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Here is the link to the video I found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1FNL_iIp5c. Another thing I would like to say is that Snoopy's collar is merchandising red, instead of usual black like in the TV specials and comics. Hopefully they won't shoehorn MetLife in.
