How they messed up Sprout.

I saw a commercial on the new Pajanimals series each night in the basement. It also included a sneak peek of the new Good Night Show. I thought it was great until I watched Thomas and Friends and Angelina Ballarina. They were the new versions instead of the old ones. First girls ruined Sex in the City, then Princess Penelope took over Krusty the Clown's show. (Simpsons refernece) And now this. What's next? A new version of Caillou? That's all this world needs, more bad TV.

Jokes for tonight

Today my Scholastic book order arrived. I got a joke book by Fred Figglehorn. Me, mom, Jack and Grandma went to dinner at Graziano's and I told them jokes from my new jokebook.

For example:

Why was the teacher cross eyed?
He couldn't control his pupils.

Why was the clock punished?
Because he "tock"ed so much!

What time is it when a gang bullies chase you?
Five after one.

These jokes made me laugh so hard I could barely breathe!! Mom and Grandma laughed at my jokes, but Jack rolled his eyes and said "oooohhh, Andy." I don't think Jack has a very good sense of humor. Jack says "I disagree."

3rd Annual Edison Park Walk-a-thon!

I am excited about the Walkathon. I decided to wear shorts because it's too warm. My mom is coming with me. I'll do 10 laps and try not to whine. My mom has new gym shoes. 

In other news, we got a new car last week. I like it, though I stil miss our old van. It may have been a humble, old van, but it was our van. I was very upset when mom and dad drove it away to get the new car. The old van and I are the same age. Jack doesn't like the new car because he says it is an ugly color. We wanted red, but they got gray.

How I got my name

My mom says that before I was born, their top 3 name choices were Ted, Charlie or Devlin. I told her Devlin isn't even a real name. My dad didn't like any of these names. So Mom asked Jack "Who's in my tummy?"
And Jack said "Oh that's Andy" I got that because Toy Story was his favorite movie. I like my name. My middle name was Paul after my grandpa.

Orange: Well well well. If it isn't Team Grapefruit! Hahahahaha.
Grapefruit: OK. But your lazy cohorts Pearck and Misty Fruit are no match for us.

Popcorn Sale

On Sunday me and my mom sold popcorn for the Cub Scouts at Walgreens. I sold ten bags of popcorn to various people.  Some other people didn't want to buy any and said "no thank you." And some other people just ignored me. I said "thank you" no matter  what happened. We sold popcorn from 12 pm until 2 pm, when Sean and Evan Powers came to take over. I thought they would ever come.  It seemed to take forever for them to get there.  I asked Mr Powers why he was so late, but he said they were 2 minutes early. Then me and mom got in our new car and drove home. My dad says I should blog about the new car, but I don't want to because I miss our old van. We listened to the radio. The new car has satellite radio free for three months. I heard Selena Gomez and the Scene three times since Sunday!
